Saqta Support

How to reach us

Write to support@saqta-app.com. We reply within two business days.

Write in Kazakh, Russian or English — we will answer in the same language.

To help us get to the bottom of it faster, include your device model, your iOS version, and what was happening just before things went wrong. A screenshot almost always helps.

Deleting your account and all your data

Open Profile and tap Delete account.

This removes both what is stored on the device and everything held on the server: transactions, accounts, categories, limits and your email address. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore it on request — we keep no backup from which a single account could be pulled out.

Before deleting, it is worth exporting your records: Profile → Export transactions gives you a CSV file with every transaction.

Cancelling the subscription

The subscription is bought through Apple and cancelled there too: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Saqta → Cancel Subscription. We never see your payment details and cannot cancel on your behalf.

After cancelling, the AI features keep working until the end of the period you paid for. Everything else — manual entry, accounts, categories, limits, analytics, forecast and export — stays free forever.

About the free period

The first 14 days of the subscription are free.

Eligibility is decided by Apple, not by us, and someone who has already tried a Saqta subscription before is not entitled to it again. That is why the free-period line appears in the app only once Apple has confirmed the period is available to you: promising it to everyone would mean lying to half of them.

A statement was parsed incorrectly

Parsing is done by a language model, and it makes mistakes. That is precisely why no transaction reaches your feed on its own: the app shows what it found and waits for you to confirm. Any line can be corrected or dropped before it becomes a record.

If the same mistake keeps happening with statements from one particular bank, write to us. Attach an anonymised example — no card numbers, account numbers or names.

The app suggests merging transactions that are not duplicates

A repeat is looked for by amount, date and a similar name. When all three match, the app asks whether to merge or keep both. The decision is always yours: it never merges anything by itself.

If a suggestion looks nonsensical, tell us what matched — it helps us tune the search.

Records do not appear on a second device

Saqta works offline and sends changes on once a connection appears. If records have not arrived, check two things: both devices are signed in to the same account, and there really is a network.

If both hold and the mismatch remains, write to us — at that point it is our bug.

Languages

The interface, the categories and the export all work in Kazakh, Russian and English.

The app language is switched independently of the system language: Profile → App language. A separate row there chooses the language the assistant replies in.
